Comments | セカイモンのオークションで入手した。説明書のタイトルには、1850年代ビクトリア時代のビーダーマイヤー様式のブリリアンカットで彫り込まれたフリントガラス・ワセリンビーカーとされており、ドイツに近いボヘミヤ地方で生産され、BIEDERMEIER時代、1850年代のハンドカットのフリントの・ワセリンガラス「Beaker（ビーカー）」とされる。周囲にはオープンアイズに似たデザインが施されている。底に深い日輪型のカットの切り欠きが施されている。縁は光沢のある研磨加工がされている。カップと底の間は六角形のウエハーが取り付けられている。 （We are fortunate that we have secured a magnificent collection on consignment. We will be listing many treasures that are extremely rare over the upcoming weeks. This is a wonderful find for a cut glass or Vaseline glass collector. This beautiful beaker was produced in the Bohemian region of German around 1850. It is hand cut flint Vaseline glass. The designs around the glass resemble open eyes. The base is cut in a series of notches with a deep sunburst cut on the bottom. The rim is fire polished. It has a hexagonal shaped wafer connecting the cup to the base. This is a fantastic find in its almost mint condition. This is for the best of collections! Size is 4" wide and 7" tall. There are no chips or cracks. Make room on the Top Shelf for this one!
